About the role Trio Jaya Kertas dan Percetakan is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Marketing to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal position, you will support the strategic direction of our sales and marketing operations, driving revenue growth and brand development for our paper and printing solutions. This role is essential to bridging our sales and marketing functions, ensuring cohesive execution of campaigns and customer relationship management. Key responsibilities Support the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, implementation, and performance analysis

Manage customer relationships and support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and prospects Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic recommendations Support the training and development of sales and marketing team members
